in what case could you really not handle someone so much that you need to mute?
someone being "rude", deal with it.
someone spamming, wait for them to get bored and leave.
someone trolling, ignore it, they get bored, they leave.
essentially, suck it up and deal with people. |

90% of things added to in game updates are scrip table. We all know this. But some things should already be added. This isn't about bricks this isn't about crap like that this is about a simple way to no longer see somones chat in game that is spamming,harassing,saying stuff you don't like. People like you are the reason people troll the forums and try wrecking it with stupid post. Leave your reason if you support or not and leave. Your idea is to punish people for not having enough time to script and trying to wreck a good idea. Just stop. |

ves why are you so against this anyway? Its not to bad of an idea. Some spammers don't stop, Trolls try ther e best to never stop, some times I just wanna talk to someone but some kid has to jump in mid conversation and say stupid in put thats not even close to relevant to the conversation. |

-If you dis approve reply "Disapprove" and with reasoning why.

Reasoning why: It's script-able, it's unneeded, not every developer wants it, you can learn to deal with people not doing what you like, etc. |

I like the fact that people disagree with this. If nobody disagrees with it then it proves its not serving its idea. Its meant to have people Agree and disagree thats the idea of the post. Have a small debate about it about why people disagree or agree then leave it be. But you stick around and talk over every support. |

The report function in-game is for specific players who are breaking roblox rules.
It points out the rule broken to the ROBLOX moderators, but doesn't affect in-game AT ALL. Muting people affects in-game things. |

Yes. I think roblox should do this. I got banned because a player was talking crap and I was talking crap back. If was able to mute him it would never had happened. |

Support. I support this option because I dislike the general topics used in conversation by other users when I am trying to play a game. Especially when it is a roleplaying game and they decide to go outside the topic's area and say like "blows up the world with my nuke!" When playing a home roleplay. Therefore, I support this request. |

OP, if you use Windows, give the volume mixer a try. It's a temporialy fix to ROBLOX not implenting this *great* idea.
