Sure, there are a fair amount of good updates that really add to Roblox, but could the Staff at least TRY to post update details and wait a bit before they are released?
Some updates like the Solid Modeling are greatly benifical to Roblox, but updates do not always mean a simpler, more-streamlined roblox. Unexpected Modifications to the Roblox system may result in more bugs then those that were the objective to remove. Take a recent, unreported update: one of the known results of it, is that some tools that weld, and even Cframe or gripchange, have caused players to automatically trip or are flinged/locked in place. This is one of the recent bad bugs that were not fixed, and it is one in the past month.
What I am trying to say here, is if you need or want to change part of the Roblox Program, do one of two things.
Please at least post somthing about the update details, if the update is imperative, and if it isint, ASK for player feedback in mutiple places, to make sure what you are doing is in the best intrests of players.
Thank you for your consideration. |

i really think this is needed 1. roblox if you give details before you update you wont have to spend hard work on the update and then have people hate you for it. and 2 listen to the players i find you really dont... like the egg hunt |

Support to the update log. I'd love to hear about new updates before they come out. |

120% support here..
roblox are probably making another update for the theme or something..
most out game visuals we don't want or need
roblox should just focus on getting rid of exploiters and hackers,
not adding rediculous updates like this that probably won't even be noticed... |

It would be nice to know about new updates before they arrive, however, it's ROBLOX choice if they add it. Not the communities.
ROBLOX doesn't want the people of the community who quit because of changing one thing, so if you leave because of that... good riddance!
ROBLOX cares about new players, and their steady clientele. If you're not one of those, they don't care about your opinion. This means, when they want to update something, it gets updated, doesn't matter what the players think. |

@Vescatur
People, weither BC, TBC, OBC, or NBC, have left all the time, and what drove them to leave, was one bad update after another. Temporary members who would have paid for BC+, would then decide to leave the game, resulting in more money lost by Roblox.
Also, the idea, is that if roblox can post updates ahead of time, In a user-friendly place, people can then give feedback on weither they want this or not. Sure, some updates are just for the coding behind the scenes, but a fair amount of updates so far are changing diffrent aspects of the game. More often then not, we have seen updates that a rather large majority hate.
Take the price floor for example:
Most Everyone who dealt with Player-made Clothing, was apalled by the Sudden, unexplained price floor.
If Roblox had AT LEAST warned/told the community ahead of time in the blog, I am sure the blow to the staff reputations would have had some clemency.
[The Blog is a perfect place to put the incoming updates. Roblox staff just need to post ahead of time, so that people can protest the updates they don't want to see in Roblox, and they can then look foreward to the ones they do like.] |

"People, weither BC, TBC, OBC, or NBC, have left all the time, and what drove them to leave, was one bad update after another. "
Do you have proof of this statement? I've seen a lot of I'm quitting threads in my time, and I've seen like one person who got mad because an update broke something, and then it got patched after they quit lol.
Here's the real problem. It isn't the updates themselves. It's that Roblox doesn't test them enough before releasing them. If they did, they'd find these bugs before the official release. True, they can't catch all the bugs, but what if they had a client for some testers to test the updates? I'm sure that with some players testing, these bugs would be found.

"one bad update time after time."
What are you talking about?
Because VCR matters. |

Support, pleaaase. This is one of the thing Roblox does not do well. If they want to come through and advertise themselves as a game creation platform, then they NEED to do this sort of stuff so we can either prepare or send feedback. |
