[INTRODUCTION] This bill aims to elaborate further on our Second Amendment right to bear arms. This bill, if approved would allow citizens to defend themselves from criminals, and other foreseen threats.
[SECTION I] This section will explain what weapons would be considered lawful Self Defense weapons.
- All weapons given out by the weapon dealer at Remington are illegal, and if caught with one you may be arrested.
- Lawful self defense weapons are any weapon which is sold and approved by the Office of Governor,
The Founder, and Congress.
[SECTION II/A/1] This section will explain how someone may receive a personal defense weapon.
- A personal defense weapon, in itself is still a lethal weapon, therefore they will not just be handed out to anyone who requests them, anyone requests a personal defense weapon must undergo a background check. Once someone passes a background check, they will be required to pay a onetime fee for their Concealed Carry license.
[SECTION II/A/2] This section will explain how someone may receive a personal defense weapon.
- A personal defense weapon, in itself is still a lethal weapon, and abuse of it will not be tolerated, if caught abusing your weapon in any way, TRC may arrest you at the present officer's discretion.
- Anyone seeking a personal defense weapon must pay a monthly or onetime fee for their Concealed Carry license, once bought, you will receive a personal defense weapon at the city of which your license is valid in. Keep in mind, licenses are only valid in one city.
[SECTION III] This section will explain when and where a personal defense weapon may be used.
- A personal defense weapon may be used when a citizen feels his life is in danger, and that they believe they may not survive an encounter with any player at Rockport cities.
- A personal defense weapon may be used in the event of a police officer's complete and utter disregard of a citizens rights, but ONLY in the event that those rights violated endanger the citizen.
- A personal defense weapon, no matter the circumstance may not be used in a public speech, or any government session or meeting, violators will face arrest and possible ranking to C/POT.
- Any encounters not stated in this bill may be added and defined as law at the discretion of congress.
[SECTION IV] This section will explain which Section II's of this article will be used, and how it will be setup.
- The decision of deciding between the Section II's will be to the discretion of both the Governor and, the Founder, as the Founder would be in charge of setting up the appropriate game passes, and or scripts.
[SECTION V] This section explains what would be considered adequate personal defense weapons.
- Personal defense is described as a countermeasure that involves defending oneself or property from harm or damage.
- It is requested by this bill's congressional sponsor, that the personal defense weapon be a concealed handgun similar to TRC grade.
