4(x-3)= 6(4)
how to solve:PEMDAS
1. multiply 6x4 because the parenthesis is telling you to multiply 4 times 6
2. 4(x-3)= 6(4) now equals 4(x-3)= 24
3. 4(x-3) turns to 4(9-3)
4. subtract 9-3 and it gives you 6
5. equation turns into 4(6)= 24
6. then 4(6)= 24
7. multiply 4x6
turns into
24= 24

i would like to inform you guys that my stupid school didnt teach us this earlier, they didnt even teach us this in the first place, no person in the 8th grade at my school knew how to do this.
