If you possess one or more of these skills you must prove that to us to get a job with us. To do that you must create a resume that will vividly showcase your skill(s) so that we will know if you are capable of working for us. If you do get a job with us you will be expected to be fully dedicated to our projects.
Incentive: Platinum Innovations awards its employees with percents of profit made from projects they work on based on how much work they put into it. For example, lets say our lead builder creates a large map for our game, when that game becomes successful the builder might get around 20% of the profits generated from it. If the game never becomes successful then the builder gets nothing. So essentially if the Project Manager makes nothing you make nothing. |
