I sent an email to roblox 3 days ago and still no reply, also if they're not able to help me with my issue will they just ignore my email or will they reply and tell me they're not able to help?

Most likely backed up from after the break. I sent one in almost 3 days ago too, they will reply though, no matter if they can or can't help you. Just be patient :)

Max 3 days. And when they reply they reply something that does not help you at all. I messaged them about a problem with studio and they said all things that did not have to do. IN other words they said "Get a new computer"
