This tournament will be based on the "official" RCL rankings. On this thread post "I challenge >name here< and message them the challenge along with this thread. If they refuse to 1v1 you, you take their place, give me proof that they refused. If you beat them in a 1v1 3 times, best to 3, you'll also take their ranking and place. I'll be making an accurate Ranking list for RCLers and I found out that this could be the best possible way.
