When did you declare war on us a third time? We group banned you during the TGI (and after?) war.
We haven't declared a ceasefire with VOID, especially since the war hasn't even begun. We won't be revoking our declaration.

Everyone acknowledges the fact that both wars are stalemates and have indeed ended and won't be "pick up."
