Illegal impeachment.
Directors/deputy directors of agencies MAY exile or suspend for ANY REASON.
Also, an impeachment is where the house of representatives meet to vote on impeaching someone. But to impeach the person, they have to have been voted to their power. A single congressman cannot remove directors.
Congress cannot remove directors.
Only the president / vice president may remove directors.
Your bill is void; invalid.
