It was originally going to be a war between TCC/TVF/Fleetcom vs Tri-clan however, FEAR has neglected their duties to TriClan and has failed to help it's allies within the TriClan coalition.

WAR TERMS;
The war starts on September 19th 4:00 PM EST
First side to 35 raid wins the engagement of war.
No autowins under ANY circumstance
The war will be determined by absolute winner, no final battle will take place unless it's a tied war (35-35)
Allies outside of the respected coalitions may DEFEND but not raid unless it is TCC/TVF/Fleetcom or RSF/UCR.
A follow up meeting will be taken place this week to discuss any appropriate changes to the war terms.
