Hello, due to dozens baffled by the application system, I'm going to give you step-by-step detailed instructions on how to get a job, and how to have a better chance of being accepted.
Unfortunately, my inbox is disabled due to the amount of stupid messages received, but plenty other admins take applications...

Actor:
Becoming an actor gives you an advantage of being part of the show, all hosts are alerted to choose actors before choosing others. You may not get to act for EVERY show, but this is to let other people have a try.
[TIPS] Actors are required to be punctual and polite, and have average grammar skills. Actors who want to steal the spotlight and give it your best is what we want! We want to see your best acting skills!

Barista:
Barista's are very important to Empire. Your job is to make sure the customers are fed and get their correct orders. The snack bar is closed during shows so you get an equal amount of breaks and a chance to watch the show too!
[TIPS:] Barista's are required to be friends and punctual, with a average amount of skill with grammar. 3 barista's at a time is the maximum operating the bar, so any arguments/drama between the staff will cause a temp. suspension.

Security:
Security are in-charge of the safety of the customers and making sure nobody is in a dangered environment. Security are required to wear the standard uniform and NOT abuse their weapons. The HoS+ will state your duties.

Supervisor:
Supervisors are in-charge of supervising staff, making sure the Barista's and Security are doing their job correctly and that everything is going smoothly.

Manager:
Managers have the same duty as Supervisors but have more control and power, they also have the extra addition of looking after customers and taking their question.

Stage Manager:
Stage Managers are in-charge of everything that goes on behind the closed curtains, that means helping with the set, taking care of actors ect...

Host:
One of the MAIN roles in Empire; Hosts. Hosts are in-charge of producing shows for the entertainment for the staff, audience and YOU. They are entitled to build the set too, with help from other staff if needed.

Ranks after Host cannot be applied for, you can only be promoted to.
Ranks like Technical Crew can only be hired via. Training Sessions which will be announced via. the group shout.

About the training sessions, some people may be in different timezones and might not be able to attend the trainings. Maybe have training sessions in your normal time then maybe make another training session at a totally different time. It's up to you, just as long there's at least a training session for everyone's timezone. |

@Above, There will be a mixture of training sessions for timezones, since I'm in the UK I can host some in BST, then host some at around Midnight for people in USA or other countries. |
