Well, to stay on topic, I'll need to state this.
People can start wars for what you may call a "Fail" reason.
For example, there is no way to prevent wars. What're you going to do, type something official on a forum? For example, {Insert Generic Clan name here} declares war on {Insert Generic Clan 2 name here} for liking strawberry ice cream instead of chocolate! Everybody knows chocolate is better!
So, the rules that you state in your original statement can basically bind you pretty thoroughly. |

I don't like the idea. If someone breaks the treaty, then the other signers will try to destroy that person's group, and war will break out (which is exactly what the treaty's trying to prevent), and the other signers will have greater numbers and destroy whoever broke the treaty, then allies of the now-destroyed group will get mad and gather their allies and declare war on the signers of the treaty, and it will eventually lead to more wars and more wars all getting started in the same way, and the treaty will lead to more wars than it prevented. |
