[READ] Can not play games + Can not open studio

I have 2 problems, as listed in the subject. What happens is when I click the play button on any game the roblox tab doesn't show. And when I try to open studio, I get this, 'This application has failed to start because Normaliz.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.'. I use windows xp, and use browser Google Chrome. Before any of you say delete and re-install or restart, they don't work. Any help?

John can you for gods sake tell people to quit PLUS i think my stuff is fixed A lil bit because roblox was open for 10 minutes for me then closed

I have the same problem,and this happen only after my system restore on my computer which I've done more than once but it working fine when I did this before but now when I reinstalled Roblox this problem came up,and now I can't play games.I'm not sure if the only way to fix this is get a new computer...

I think Roblox stop supporting Windows XP because it's happening to me too.

Everyone, Its not windows XP. My sister has it and it works fine for her, but It doesn't work for me.

@Orxon true one of my friends have WINXP and he plays roblox today aswell and hes ROBLOX works fine

Try to download Normaliz.dll file and put it to system32 folder

Well I don't know if you're experiencing the same problem as me but this is how I fixed it: Go to develop > find download and click > run Then ROBLOX Studio should upgrade and work again. I don't know but it worked for me. Hope it helps.

I have it too. i tried installing normaliz.dll and put in into c:/windows system32 Then a differemt message comes " The application or DLL c:/windows/system32/Normaliz.dll is not a windows image. Check this with your installation diskette"
