they always respond, but not correctly. they'll tell you we're trying our hardest or visit the help forum. they don't tell you exactly what they're doin or let u suggest somethin. even if it don't make sense, they should still tell you what they're tryin to do. which they don't. many times they say exactly as what they say in the pm's, visit the help forums or we're trying our hardest. thats what ticks me off. they don't even try to ensure u they are trying. if they said like "we're trying to fix so and so script to see if it will reduce lag" that would ensure me a bit that they are workin. sayin they're doin their hardest sounds like an insurance company talkin. they say they're doin stuff but they're doing very little in order to save money instead of caring for customers. |
