We the People of the United Clans, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United Clans of Robloxia.
ARTICAL 1: The Legislature
1.0: No Person shall be part of congress who shall not have attained to be one year of ROBLOX, and been 4 days a Citizen of the United Clans, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that Clan in which he shall be chosen.
How each congressmn shall be eleted by the people in the clan he is a Citizen of. The people shall vote over two people and the the govener of that clan will send a message to the Administrator of Congress about the election. once one canidate has won the election, thte govener will tell the administrator finnaly let the new canidate in to congress. For every 50 people in the United Clans, three clans will be chosen by the President's cabinet, then those clans will elect one canidate for congess.
1.1: The Prosses on Creating Federal Law
laws will when one peson has an idea for a law, and that person must have 10 other people in that clan that agrees with that idea, then the designer of that law will send it to the govener of the clan he is in. The govener will make sure the 10 people that agreed with the bill, have their names on it and are in the same clan as the disigner is in. If so, the govener will sign it and it will be given to congress for pproval and adjustments. Then the bill is given to the President, the president has two chooses: one, to veto it and giveit back to congress for adjustments. two, to approve the billand it becomes an offical Federal law.
ARTICAL 2: The Executive Branch
2.0: The President of the United Clans get to keep his power over president for as long as he chooses, but to avoid dictatercy or monarchy, the presidentwill share his power over elected men called the Cabinet.
2.1:Requiredments: 1 year of ROBLOX, 3 combat bages, homested badge, friendship badge, 1 week of being a member of the United Clans, 2 days of being part in any of its clans.
2.2: The election.
each clan will choose a canidate to run for the election, then everyonein the United Clans will choose for who theyant for VP. The canidate with the most votes will become VP. the VP will become president if: the president quits or get banned. 2nd place get the canidate to become Secretaroy of State. the SOS is the leader of all the ambassaders of the United Clans. 3rd place will allow the canidate to become Secretary of Defence. the SOD is the presidents advisor to millitary use and the armed forces. 4th place gets the canidate to become Administrator of congress. the AOC is the leader of the congressmen in Bloxington D.C. 5th place allows the canidateto become Attorney General. the AG is head of the department of Justice and enforces U.C government laws. 6th place allows the canidate to become Chief of the Federal Bural Inforcers. the COTFBI, is the leader of the police of the U.C and patrol the walland keep an eye out for spies. 7th place makes the canidate become Secretary of Treasury. the SOT is head of selling goods to the United Clans people. 8th place allows the canidate to become Secretary of Commerce. the SOC is leader of the businessand all the U.C places uilt for the U.C government. 9th place is Secretary of Homeland Security. the SOHS protects all the U.C citizen's places and levels.
2.3 Power of the President.
the president makes the finnal disision and has the right to be on the battlefeild finghting with his men. the president is the leader o all the armed focres of the U.C army and is the lader of his cabinet.
2.4 Powers of the Goveners.
elections will be hold in each clan for every 2 months. the govener will protect the clan its serving. wars will notbe declared among the nine clans.
2.5 Decularation of War
Th president has the desision to declare war, but his cabinet has to vote and congress has to vote for the decularation.
ARTICAL 3: Judicial Branch
1.1 The judicial Power of the United Clans, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services a Compensation which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.

Just reading the first paragraph is enough to know this is the Constitution, moron. You just edit parts where it possibly says "United states" or "US" and changed it to "United clans of ROBLOX" and "UCR." If it took you 2 days to edit something like this, you're an epic fewl. |
