Textures no work?

Why don't my custom textures work? I was making a war place, and in the library there is a book called "h0w to nawt b a n00b!!!11!" (lol) And my friends claim that they cannot see the textures of it!

I use decals instead Besides, whats the difrence between decals and textures?

A texture goes on a mesh, and decals go on one side of a brick, the book uses a book mesh and a book texture, but it seems to only display for me... Any way to fix this?

see its a picture some times ppl can't see the picture u put on their cus it doesnt really regester that it is their so just use decal

you don't put it on the mesh u put it on the brick

f I put it on the brick it looks weird so I need to use a TextureID on the mesh!
