ROBLOX needs to make gear relevant

gear right now is just something you can use solo at a gear testing place, and something to collect dust on your characters thumbnail it isn't allowed in games because most gear is just OP i honestly dont know what i could suggest to solve gear being OP other than blanket nerfing, but lets be honest, roblox doesnt care enough to do that

First of all, what do you want the gear to be relevant to? You left that blank for us. A lot of the popular games don't allow gear because, Yes, it is too OP. But, other reasons are the usefulness of users buying Gamepasses, VIP, and Beta/Paid Access. Forcing all games to have all gears allowed this late in ROBLOX's years would be suicide for any non-paying and paying players alike. It would be mass chaos for games that are supposed to be a little more relaxed. Ashes to Ashes

relevant to the game, which was implied. and i didn't say force all games to have gear, im just suggesting they need to add incentive for developers and players to want gear in their games
