A Volunteer fire department. It would be like station 2, but, there would be another group, for the volunteers. When you enter the game, you would choose that. You would spawn at a different citizen spawn, but the cars there would have blue lights. There would be a car for only hr's, with red lights and sirens. When there is a call, you would respond to the fire department in your car with blue lights, and then get a truck and respond. The volunteers would have there own group.
