Im sorry to break the news to you... but the iron in meat tends to stay in storage in the body much more then plant based iron. So your iron levels could be very low. I eat mostly vegatables, fruit, and pasta. I am going to school for nutrition but have been studying it for years. The idea is not to stay away from meat, it is to cut back. |

Even the eggs from family farms are from chickens which are getting killed later by the families.
Noswad, how about you try to turn vegan? You aren't even vegetarian. It's hard to be vegan, you need to know about home economies, because many products you buy aren't vegan and you do have to cook by yourself and you do have to find alternatives for example soy milk or coconut milk.
One video was about a small goose farm in Eatern Europe, it's not very industrialized, the farmer feeds them that much food that the geese in there can't even walk. The farmer puts an hopper into the beak of a goose, then he puts in as much food as he can with violence in. |

Noswad, how are humans over animals? Humans aren't better than animals, because we're the species destroying our planet.
But animals aren't killed fast and sudden, they do realize this.
Of course you do respect animals, this is why you are killing them without having a bad feeling (sarcasm)

Its vaguely possible. But there are things that humans create and enjoy that aren't
found in other species. Art, music, literature, civilization, agriculture. Ect.

Civilization? If humans are in the wilderness like they were 5000 years ago, there is no "civilization" and many humans 200 years ago lived without a civilization, but they got killed by other humans because of their sytle to live. Animals don't need agriculture, because they prefer finding food and they don't have the ability to make tools. They can't write books, this is why they can't enjoy literature and some animals can enjoy art and music. Even elephants can draw pictures.
But why are humans more worth than animals? |

Ask yourself that cause you said you'd save a human life or that of an animal.
Humans with problems aside, have the power to steward the earth.
And benefit all life. Unlike simple species that consume, reproduce, repeat. |

2013yay... this is not even about being vegan. What do you think would be better for a cow that is already on a farm.... kill it...? or let it live to make plastic... and probably saving the ecosystem from manmade plastics that kill animals and plants in ecosystems....
Do the math. Id rather have the cow, that was going to be killed.... be milked.. so the cow does not die... and we save the ecosystem.
