Need help in general - decals/models

First of all I am trying to build a castle in my home. It is very very big so far and empty.. but anyways its under construction. How do i make a decal that says under constuction and put it into there or how do i make a model like a billboard. If there already is one it would be greatly appreciated to tell me where

To make one just find a picture u like and save it. Then u can create it into a decal and put it on a brick

Just go into paint and type "Under construction" and make any other decorations on it in paint and upload by click My Roblox, then go to bottom of page and click decals, then click create, then upload it and go into edit mode and find it and use it on a brick.
