Hello, I am currently experiencing an issue with my ROBLOX Studio, and have been for some months now. I installed the OS X Yosemite for my Mac, in late June, and that is when my issues started. I didn't think much of it for the first few weeks, even months, because I just assumed ROBLOX was going to roll out support for it in time. Well, I'm currently running OS X Yosemite Version 10.10, and I still am not able to open my ROBLOX Studio. Every time I attempt to open it, I am faced with a "Starting Roblox Studio..." message, and a loading bar, that even though it is complete, refuses to disappear. In conclusion, does ROBLOX not currently support OS X Yosemite Beta (which I find hard to believe since I am still able to go in game and such) or is this an issue I could fix on my own? I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, even reinstalling after a restart and all programs closed. I've tried everything, and I'm at a dead end. Any help someone can lend would be much appreciated. Best Regards, Patrick

Okay, So it looks like you downloaded the BETA preview right? I did that too. And I got the same thing. You need to do an Internet Recovery (google it, apple's site has a good documentation on it) as that's the only way to downgrade to the OS. It downgrades to the OS your Mac came with. Then once your on the OS X your Mac came with go to Mac App Store and download the Real Yosemite that's out of BETA.

I am currently on the final version of OS X Yosemite, and it's still not working, even after repeating my troubleshooting steps. Is it because I upgraded from the beta to the final version? Any assistance appreciated.

Most probably. Tell us which Mac you have, e.g Macbook air, macbook pro, iMac, Mac Pro, mac Mini

Okay. Follow these steps: 1. Shut down your Mac. 2. Restart it and boot it into Internet recovery by pressing command and r when it starts up. You should see a spinning globe icon. 3. This will take a while, be patient. It took me at least an hour, but well worth it when you get ROBLOX back :) 4.Then you should get a Disk Utility screen or something, click Install OS X. It will be the OS X that came with your mac, for example mine is Mountain Lion (cause I bought it with it) 5.It will install the OS that came with your Mac. Don't worry, no data will be cleared. 6. Then you can go through the process of Downloading new OS X, for example get back to Normal Yosemite from the MacAppStore. Hope it helped, Dev

Well Nuno, I have that OS on a virtual machine and it runs ROBLOX fine for me, but I use my Macbook for ROBLOX gameplay. I use my VM for Paont.net etc

Operating System Requirements PC/Windows: ROBLOX will install on Windows XP; however, for optimal performance, we recommend Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1. For Windows 8/8.1 you will need to run ROBLOX in Desktop Mode, as Metro Mode (the tiled start-screen) is not currently supported. Mac: ROBLOX will install on 10.6 (Snow Leopard) and higher - and Intel only Macs. (Mac 10.9 is not currently supported) Apple iOS: ROBLOX Mobile supports iPad 2+, iPhone 4+ and iPod touch 5th Generation. iOS 5 or greater is required. Android: ROBLOX Mobile supports many devices running Android 4.0 and newer. Amazon Kindle: ROBLOX Mobile currently supports Kindle Fire HDX 7 (3rd Gen), Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 (3rd Gen), Fire HD 6 (4th Gen), Fire HD 7 (4th Gen), Fire HDX 8.9 (4th Gen) and Fire Phone Linux: ROBLOX is not supported on Linux.
