1. you can only get ebola through contact with bodily fluids, and these soldier will most likely not come that close to contact with ebola patients 2. they'll likely be screened for the disease before they come back to the states 3. it's a good plan considering already instable countries are now facing disaster and run the risk of completely falling off the handle. people are already attacking health care and government workers in those countries because of their inability to provide services
