Padam, I am in the tech business. And there are quite a number of people that didn't get a degree. |

Really, school is an exercise in petty knowledge. Experience>Pencil to paper |

One of them did. He's more a graphics guy. I honestly think I am better than him. |

"other than being a park ranger, police officer (etc.) or soldier, what else?"
actually, most park rangers are required to have two year degrees to be able to do their job correctly, but the particular place my friend went had pretty lax restrictions
also, you can be a
purchasing agent
construction and extraction worker
examiner
investigator
mechanic
installer
repairer
gas plant operator
petroleum pump operator
postmaster
electrical power line worker/installer
transportation inspector
business operations specialist
plumber
power plant operator
first line firefighter
media and communication equipment worker
electrician
farmer
rancher
anything agricultural
power distributor
commercial pilot
nuclear power reactor operator
elevator operator/repairer
air traffic controller (six figures)
trucker
entrepeneur
Every single one of the jobs on this list has an annual average salary of $55,000 or more and does not require a college education |
|

Sounds like a viable option, donny. No one would believe me, but I'm a really good football player so I'm hoping that the talent could at least carry me into D2 college and see where I'm at from there. Possibly play in a Arena League or something like that, I have an unmatched work ethic. But I still don't want to live long |

"air traffic controller (six figures)"
i'd hope he doesn't shut down the boston airport when he's 40 and wants to die |

well if you think making a lot of money is going to land you a "hot wife" good luck on your marriage which won't last more than 5 years
what happens when you're both 45 and she's not your "hot wife" anymore anyway |
|
|
|

Great point, moldy! I forgot to mention that I never, EVER want to get married. I prefer freedom |

Honors is honestly extremely overrated. So is college.
Actually getting a high school diploma on the other hand, even with the minimum requirements, is easily the most important thing of the first two decades of your life. |

Bro bro that is a myth. He did very well in school.
Welp |
