Paypal doesn't work?

I've tried several things to get paypal working now, because I want to buy 1 month bc, but everytime I click "Agree and pay"(Translated into English) it sends me to an empty page saying "* Error with finalizing paypal". FYI:It worked last month and the month before on my friends account. If you know more about this, please reply, otherwise, ignore this thread.

Paypal is bugging after an week you can try the other methods
