Normal users should be able to create badges for their place that may or may not need badges. BC players pay 100R$ to get add badges NBC should pay 200 to 250R$

No. But it's lame how badges can't be given anymore when BC is gone, it makes so many games get ruined, some of the developers of the game even quit ROBLOX because of this.

Ironically, some fellow NBCs ARE game devs and they don't allow badges. BTW, it's not giving BCs less features.
