They do it so noobs can't get it, and so people are tempted to buy (T)BC/ROBUX to buy the items, giving the admins money.

Just save up, make a place that people bother to visit, buy BC/TBC, use the currency change. They did release RENTAL GEAR for a 4th July Independence Day... in TIX. I got the free R-80 though. |

well i cant i have no card to buy with (i used a gift card last time) i cnat make places (i got a virus) and noone uses currency exchange because theres no way to exchange and my computer was broken at that time |
