FA Dept Reform V 1.0 Each of the HR ranks will actually have a purpose with this reform. This is how it will be; Lt. General - Charged with hosting regular trainings. If his/her activity is decent, they will be promoted to Major General. Major General - Charged with hosting weekly trainings, but extremely good quality (The trainees will learn something new every time). General - Charged with hosting patrols regularly, along with a training every few days. Supreme General - Each Supreme General will be 2 I/C of a dept. If there is only 1 or two, they will handle their own dept's. Chief of Staff (CS) - Each CS will have an important dept under their control. Departments; Dept of War - Deals with war terms, raids, and practice raids. Dept head - jammerz12345 Dept of Activity - Incharge of trainings, meetings, and patrols. Try to encourage activity among the HRs too. Dept head - GaiusMarcusMaximus Dept of Tech - Regulates FA's tech. Dept head - fancyboby47 Dept of HR Academy - Teaches, and tests any HRs going into and out of FA. Dept head - jammerz12345 Dept of Allied Affairs - Deals with allied deals, and issues. Dept head - surlyepic These are all the Depts of FA. Do what your Dept is responsible for, and we will regain our activeness. Also, try to get other HRs to help out. If they aren't active etc., tell them. One or two people can't do EVERYTHING. FA Training Policy Reform V2.0 This reform outlines what EVERY training must have, along with the rules of both the trainers and trainees. If any violation of this rule is brought to the attention of the Commander, with proof, they violator will be punished. This goes for HRs and LR/MRs alike. Trainings MUST have the following "sections"; A drill section, a SF/gun fighting section, and then a teamwork section. This doesn't mean that you have to spend, for example, 15 minutes evenly. You can have 3 minutes doing drills, 30 minutes doing the SF/gun fighting, and then 20 minutes doing the teamwork. It's all up to the trainer. The rules EVERYONE has to follow is this; - Respect the Commander, if he is in the server - Don't expoit/hack/spam - and finally do not kick non-members. Try to at least have them join FA. The rules for trainers is this; - No fooling around - Don't admin abuse (AA) - Use your powers only if you need them - Make sure you know what you are teaching - Trainings must be kept under control at all times. The rules for trainees are; - Respect the trainer, even if he/she is a lower rank than you - Complete any instructions the trainer gives you - Keep silent, unless told otherwise - Call the trainer "Sir", or "Ma'am" Report ANY violation of these rules to the Commander. Send him a PM, with either picture of video proof. If you have no picture or video proof, send him the other trainee names that were at the training at the same time as the violator. Follow these rules, and trainings should go smoothly. Those are all the reforms, thank you for reading. adspace44
