Ok, It happens that I love Roblox Classic Top hats, and all top hats except Blue Banded Top Hat (BBTH) have some strange black lines.
The lines are some sort of mistakes in the texture design.

Yea, They probably wanted the texture to have the limits set but they derped with the edges indeed. |

Most likely it's the lines where the UV map goes together.
Not terribly hard to fix, but a very minor problem.
Not sure if I should support or not.
