What is Outrageous-cast?

According to the badge page, OBC members get something called Outrageous-Cast, where they can talk to devs and ROBLOX staff. Where and what is it exactly?

I searched it up and this came up: The ROBLOX outrageous casts were a group of live webcasts given by the ROBLOX administrators for members of Outrageous Builders Club . In these webcasts, the administrators discussed upcoming features and allowed OBC members to ask questions. The Outrageous Casts were later stopped in 2011, possibly replaced by The Next Level.

I emailed ROBLOX, they said this: Hi Dan, Outrageous-cast used to be a feature for OBC members which let the users go live with the Developers and Admins, though this has been replaced by the Twitch streams we often broadcast. Kind Regards, Jack Customer Service ROBLOX

I was here in the time - it was where builderman and Shedletsky sat on a livestream and answered the viewer's questions. Not exactly very entertaining, but it was interesting.
