Surface GUI, or Billboard GUI look in free models if you don't know how to make one.

I read this in the wiki: http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Beginner%27s_GUI_Tutorial But I found it more to do with scripting a GUI. I took a BillBoard GUI from free models to see how it was put together, easy peasy.
