Backstory:
Kia was born in the era of peace within the 3rd Generation. He was born in Kusagakure, and was brought up by Orio Pace, a master of the arts of Close-Combat. She was on pare with Madara, who ultimately lead to her old age, becoming slightly weaker. At the time, nothing was going on, the Kusakage was retiring and before he retired he placed the decision to place Kokuo into Kia.
