Because ROBLOX, is for children also. Get that through your thick skull. They want to keep everyone safe online. And the game is not about talking to people. It's about having fun, and a good experience in the game.

There is a third party agency that sets the standards for safe communication.
We are meeting their standards.
Otherwise under 13 accounts would not be allowed to communicate at all.
