Why have safechat if you can have a filter?

Instead of adding safechat back, why not make a system where you could chat freely, but bad words and stuff would show up in red? even if the message is said, the red word will be put into hashtags. It could have a filter where any words that can be used for innapropriate reasons would show up in read. Support? No support? Ideas to improve? If you don't support tell me why.

No I mean it shows you the words that would be in hashtags
