Roblox "Pair Test Device" not working?

As you know, ROBLOX made a "Pair Test Device" feature, and to use it you grab your iPhone or iPad, download the ROBLOX Developer app, then pair it. When pairing, my device just keeps buffering, nothing happens. Is it because the app is not ready? Is it just because my internet? WHY???

Tell me more please so I can help. What are you pairing to? But im pretty sure its just not ready.
