Requesting smaller version of the size of fire and smoke.

I have since 2012, wanted the fire and smoke size to be avaible to be smaller, since the limits are: for fire 2 and for smoke 0.1 yet that is just too big anyway because i need smoke to be like 0.01 or something so it matches my little fire
