This is an RP set in post-apocalyptic Japan, it is a bit of a memorial for the technic city thread, since it's terrible death.
Story:
2934: During WWIII, a massive bombing of the already war torn japan by the russian forces caused a cataclysm of unparalleled proportions, a massive earthquake swept the earth, leaving huge cracks, as if the earth had started to break apart. The following aftershock turned what used to be russia, north america, and many other area's to wastelands. The only area that seemed not to be affected was australia. The australians were able to create a goverment, with a functional goverment. Many survivors attempted to go to this "SAFE HAVEN" but only a few groups managed to get past the mutations, that occured from the spills of toxic waste that now populate the ocean. But our story beguins here, in ground Zero, Tokoyo, or what's left of it, in a small "town" with buildings made of any scraps the founders could find. Called sutably, "the one sanctum among hell" or Plegaville.
Rules: No ubering, no charcontrolling, no killing other people who are necisarry for your survival.

Name: Skullvan Ashten (not related to the one from technic city)
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Bio: Born in america, but his family moved to Japan, he graduated from the university of Techno-artillary, looking for a career developing weapons he was forced into the army. Through a few loops in the contract he was able to join the recon bomber squad that barely ever saw action. When the bombs fell he and his team hid in a bomb shelter, only for one of them to catch the deadly "gradint virus" which causes it's victums to attempt to kill and maim others of their kind. After killing all of the others he manadged, 2 weeks later, to emerge from the shelter, and see the wastes of the former city. He currently works at the automotive and weapons shop in Pegaville.

Looks: Black Hair, Barey sticks out in a club face, not the biggest biceps but some mussles.
