In the 3 days after you bought a gamepass, you have a button that says: "refund", and if you click it you will get 70% from the money back that you paid to that gamepass.
The gamepass will be deleted out of your account.
For what else is there pending sales?
This feature is nearly not abusable because you only get 70% of it back. |

They allow refunds but not for currency purchases like robux and bc.

Don't the mods already check gamepasses (and paid access games) purchases manually? It's the reason it can take several days to receive money from sales. |
