I am working on an immense project where I use admins as npcs.
I have quite a list, but there are a few that I cannot prove are administrators.
My method of proof is to see if they have any of the following things:
-Administrator Badge
-Ban Hammer
-Their own created featured item
-Any featured items created by another admin (except "Lump of Coal" created by Shedletsky)
If you can prove any of the following players as admins, I would appreciate it:

Every person on Games' friends list is an admin. |

If you go to the ROBLOX Hq built by builderman or ROBLOX(Idk which), you will see some of these names. They were old ROBLOX admins, but they have retired or quit, plus they didn't last very long. |

A ban hammer is not proof someone is an admin. It means they were gifted by Shed. |

Keep in mind, all ROBLOX staff will have an admin badge. There are folks with the ban hammer who are not roblox staff. |

Also, I am aware that someone who possess a ban hammer might not be an admin, however, my reasoning for using them, is this: If someone is outstandingly lucky enough to receive this item, they deserve to be used. |

But are you aware that not every Moderator/Administrator is in "Games' Friends List"?

Saint Michael never actually swore on the stream, he merely made a comment about those RBXDev kiddies who upset the RBXdev kiddies or something.
I think mostly everyone not from RBXDev agrees, most of them are kiddies who aren't top notch developers and gain that title because they cannot compete with on-shelf games produced by people like Bethesda or PopCap.
Even Markus Persson made a better game, and you can literally make Minecraft with better graphics and all of it's features in a full week (with no breaks) of development time no problem, assuming you make no coding errors (Which are bound to happen, with everyone.) and type at a moderately fast rate.
The FAR majority of developers on ROBLOX would probably not do very well in a professional environment, and are merely glorified script kiddies who don't hack.
It doesn't matter on age, or really anything but raw quality.
Loleris (I am not sure of his RBXDev status, but I'm assuming he is because of his many repeated awards.) is a kiddie, Dued1 (Not in RBXDev, but inspired many.) is a kiddie, generally 50% of RBXDev people that are well known are kiddies.
People like Unclear and Indistinct have achieved marvels with a platform like ROBLOX, and actually have a future at places like Blizzard or Valve, for their design, programming, etc. skills.
They can actually make a game that can very well compete in the professional world, and have been awarded a more proper title rather than 'kiddie.'
Gusmanak and his team, though, is a notable exception, for not only being an actually good developer, but also actually succeeding in the professional world.
Congratulations to him.
I don't know very many RBXdev people personally, but glancing at the roster for about 2 seconds, I can see a few not so good developers who are only good on the ROBLOX platform by itself, and don't produce games that can compete with your everyday Skyrims or EverQuests, or Warcrafts and Starcrafts and Minecraft and whatnot.
Most ROBLOX developers can only produce quality AT THE EXPENCE of quanitity and time.
Not quality with very short time.
That is a difference that in the near future, will cost jobs.
A lot of them.
It happens all the time, the game development industry is very unstable and if your team doesn't make a Skyrim in the next year, a lot of people get fired.
My personal statement about making a game is simply, if you're not going to put everything you can into making it perfect, while still being fast enough to be fairly respected by the community for as much content as fast as possible being there (Like Blizzard actually shows WoW off), then don't make a game (Basically every game Blizzard has ever cancelled, swept under a rug and hope no one ever finds it.), or don't show it off until you have a lot of pre-made content (Like Blizzard does with WoW, even though you're not supposed to know that.).

I can confirm for you that Are92 is not an admin.
Knowing the guy a little bit, while playing his games and he talked around for about 30 minutes, he doesn't give the same Blizzard Blue Post vibe that ROBLOX admins do.
The myth of him being an administrator spawned when he was online, but offline at the same time.
Status changed while he was offline, an impossibility now.
What likely happened is that ROBLOX recognized him as special and he sent an email or something to have them change his stuff so that they don't bother messing with an inactive account.
Probably had people asking his YouTube to read his PMs or something.
This seems probable, as the admins back then were MUCH more close to the community, at the same level that our holy savior, Saint Michael, B1tsh1ft, did recently.
