so basically if you did 32-12 you would, for some ungodly reason, work out 12+3=15 15+5=20 20+10=30 30+2=32 then add 3,5,10 and 2 together to get to 20 like where does all that crap come from (i just saw it in a video)

i remember trying to help a kid with homework and he explained what you have to do first you estimate to the nearest five then all the baloney then finally after the waste of paper space, you subtract
