hello, i would like to rate a game called roblox.
in this game, a 19 year old man gives skin and bone for the glory of his clan, during which he developed pseudo-cancer that ravaged his body. only to have said clan stolen from him! what does this man do? live outside the library to immerse himself in the glory of reading. through reading he decides, "hm maybe roblox is my life" and makes his return with yet another (equally bad) clan. eventually he decides roblox is too much and accepts a low paying pathetic job at gamestop then arrives at the forums to preach.

I don't actually care too much about any prizes but I love sharing my opinions on video games because I feel that it's one way that I can easily get to know people. So I guess I'll just head right into it:
Destiny:
Overall, I think this game had a fantastic start. It had the potential to crush Bungies old franchises and be the new dominating product that activision publishes. However, Joe Staten, the lead developer of the Halo franchise and Destiny left with the story unfinished and the original idea for the game, lost. The game had lots of potential but now after about two months of non-stop playing, it's gotten stale. Needing to grind the vault of glass for weeks to get to level 30 was a pain in the ass but I did it and now there's literally nothing to do. I was going to buy the season pass for the DLC but recently it's been announced that Xbox players will get screwed over and not get all of the DLC because some of it is Playstation Exclusive. I don't care too much about The Dust Palace raid but giving portion of a DLC to only one console brand but still paying the same price is outrageous. I'm not buying the season pass anymore. I'm not buying any DLC. That was a pathetic move. The events that Bungie put on such as The Iron Banner, Queens Wrath, etc were a joke. The Queens wrath is recycled content for crappy legendary gear that you cant even break down for ascendant shards because bungie felt it was too OP. The Iron Banner was supposed to be an event where level advantages were turned on, meaning a level 30 would destroy a level 1. This was not the case. After a study was done by some hardcore gamers, there was little to no change in any of the mechanics. There's hundreds of videos of Level 1's annihilating a level 30 because there was no advantage to level 30's as promised. In the first month I easily would have given the game a 9/10, now it's a 6/10.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection:
Now, this game isn't out yet until November 11th, but I want to talk about it anyways. For starters, 450 achievements and 4500 gamerscore. If that isn't an achievement hunters dream then i don't know what is. Halo CE, Halo CEA, Halo 2, Halo 2 Anniversary, Halo 3, Halo 4, upgraded to 1080p, 60 fps, all multiplayer maps ever, all on one disc PLUS a Halo 5 Guardians Beta and access to the live action digital series Halo Nightfall. 343 Industries has really outdone themselves and shown that they can indeed successfully take over the halo series from Bungie. The team has put in a phenomenal effort into trying to create something that fans can be excited for. This is fan service at its best. With a story so deep and compelling as Halo's, anybody is bound to fall in love with the characters. The musical score is no doubt, the best video game soundtrack ever created. The multiplayer defined how shooters are played online today and still continues to excel as one of the top multiplayer shooters on the market. The map editor known as forge gives players the opportunity to create their own maps and gametypes. These are things that made halo great on the Xbox 360. What's new on the Xbox one? Complete graphical overhaul of Halo 2, and 6 of its multiplayer maps, a return to the fantastic arena style multiplayer, and a brand new forge mode with scriptable buttons and more. Instead of Destiny being the Cod-Killer or Halo-Killer, the Master Chief Collection will end up killing both Destiny and Call of Duty in one powerful blow this November. This is a must buy if you have an Xbox One.
Alright really tired. I'm gonna sleep now. It's like 3 am now qq. If this does continue, then I'll give my opinions on Forza 5 and Forza Horizon 2 next time around.

Madden NFL 25 (XBOX 360): Overall, the graphics are amazing. It has detailed faces, even the wrinkles in the jerseys are fine. I feel the biggest problem is that you can't simulate through entire seasons in career mode (this takes a extremely long time), as well as not being able to COMPLETELY erase custom rosters. For example, you can delete the files, but if you go to Manage players, all of them are still there in the slots that you moved them to. The gameplay is clean and swift, a few bugs here and there, but the biggest problem with the gameplay is the after-tackle, or after they have hit the ground. There are people all over each other (which is fine), but the humanoids reaction to this is terrible. What happens is the person who fell, sometimes has legs moving strangely (Like dislocated strange) and no injury. Also, SOMETIMES (not much) they will go literally through each other. This is the problem. Madden needs to focus on glitches like this. Unsolid colliding. I don't know if this is fixed in Madden 15, since I don't have that (yet), but I do know that sometimes after a player scores a touchdown, they will go INSIDE (like inside the fan booths). They walk right through the fan booths. That is a problem, it makes it unrealistic and makes me not even want to watch the replay. Another thing I noticed is strange (not the normal) speed boosts. Like one time I was sacked about a second after I snapped it from a Defensive End somehow running faster then the normal speed boost? I am not sure how this happened, he was faster then a running back and his legs didn't move... Also, Madden 15 might have fixed this, but I am not sure. WRs always dropping passes delivered perfectly into their hands after a pass ALL THE TIME. I mean, if you have a WR with a 90 OVR or less, they basically ALWAYS drop passes. It is pretty ridiculous. Anyways, that concludes my report on Madden NFL 25!
