I yawn as I get out of the bed. I had stopped my patrol of the house some considerable time after the little chat with Jovian. I look around and I exit, heading off to the kitchen. I hope to meet the old man today and approach him about the subject. |

Maleficus wakes up in the bed he chose away from eveyone else, and as he stands up he crackes his back and starts going towards the photos to look at them again.

Instead, you find Tarlach preparing the breakfast. The old man is in the garden, and Kristal is in the large room downstairs with the beds. |

Jovian kept on sleeping with the bed she chose, the closest to one of the walls. She continuously laid on her stomach, her drool leaking from her mouth to the pillow, the blanket wrapped around like a cocoon. It seemed like it would be a while until she would finish her slumber to face today's morning.
(also i need to sleep) |

"Morning, Mo," I say stretching, looking out into the garden. "A beaut of a day, isn't it? Tell me, what'd ya make me?" |
|
|
Tarlach turned his face, and it wasn't pleasant. His eyes had bags under his eyes and he looked beaten up.
"Scrambled eggs, pancakes, boiled eggs, toast and jam and some banana-strawberry drinks" he replied solemnly. He trudged out of the kitchen and slammed himself on the couch as he let the food cool down. |

Dell rose early, refreshed from a night of dreamless sleep. Not feeling up to intruding on the conversation happening in the kitchen, they tiptoed out to the garden, feeling the urge to meditate. Up in finding a relatively nice spot, they sat down upon the soft grass, and criss-crossed their legs. As they meditated, Del felt as if they could truly feel tension oozing from their pores, seeping into the bright grass. |

"For eight? That's quite a feast Mo, I'm really impressed," I say. I spot the old man in the garden, as well as one of the other former prisoners. |

Dell meditated quietly, pushing all worrying thoughts from their mind. While they weren't sure why they were participating in such activities, mediating was different. They felt a kidnship towards the activity, as their movements were fluid when they practiced their poses. It was clear Dell had done the activity many times before. |

Jovian woke up, trudging off her bed. She wiped her mouth, and looked out the window that was part of the room, yep, it was morning. She made her way out of the room and toward where food was made. Perhaps there was something there that would wake her up.
She looked at the food available, but quickly browsed through it, getting out of the kitchen to where Talarch was at on the couch, resting. "What happened to you?" Jovian asked with a frown. |

Tarlach sighed.
"Sit down. I need to tell you something about the ol' man." |

I glance at Jovian, with a kind of stare that says 'I told you so'.
"What's going on Mo? Did the ol' man kick a bucket while walking in the garden today? I gotta see the spelt water. I don't want them roses crushed. Nope nope." |
|
|
Tarlach shook his head.
"Listen carefully to what I'm about to say. That old man who claims to be your godfather is not your godfather. Me and Kristal believe he has something to do with your kidnapping.." Tarlach cringed like the truth was hurting him.
"Got it so far?" |

Dell continued their silent meditation, emptying their mind of past events. Clearing their of such thoughts allowed them the ability to not look at the past, nor the future. It was just.. Now. |

"I knew something was up. It's pretty obvious. So, Tarlach, what have you and Kristal found out so far?" I ask, emphasizing my usage of "Mo" is lacking. No time for jokes. |
|
|
"Huh, so that's who you meant earlier," Jovian sighed, shaking her head. She, in a little part, was actually quite relieved that none of the group was related to her, but to even think that her "godfather" would be part of her capture... |
