Not enough memory problem (On my pc ok)

I have a problem that when I have some games open or like much stuff it pops out a not enough memory windows that forces me to close the apps that "take much memory" or my pc will be bugged so i have to restart that. Ive gone to some support free chat but nah roblox forums rule just make sure anyone here is pr0 ok.

Your computer may not be 'beefy' enough to handle some of the games. If you have 6GB or under of usable RAM, chances are not all modern games are going to work without lag or memory problems like you experience. I'm afraid you'll have to upgrade your current PC/Mac, or purchase a new one. (8GB of RAM should handle most games.) I know its a lot of money just to play a game, and you may not be able to convince your parents to buy it. I'm afraid that's the harsh truth. No beefy computer - no beefy games. Yes I do have 6GB ram but! That thing pops out when I only have roblox and opera on, that is not that OP. Like e.e
