I can't hear any music or sound in game, anyone know what to do? |

Hello!
We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with the in game sound. It seems alot of people are having the same problem. We are resolving the issue as soon as we can. We see you are very disconsolated about the issue. We advise all game developers to alter their sound options! For now, we advise all players to:
Reinstall their sound card.
Make sure that roblox is not being prevented by your firewall.
And Please sit tight! We are trying everything possible!

I didn't see anywhere him stating that he was the boss of ROBLOX. I also didn't see him troll in anyway either. He did nothing to annoy or aggravate anybody. Just provided a little helpful information to those looking to solve an issue they're having. |

Hello.
As I have stated before, i am not a roblox moderator. Yes indeed i do not have the roblox moderator badge. A moderator, and a "Technical Support trainee" are two completely different things. I'm just here to help, and learn more about scripting, and trouble shooting. I have asked roblox for permission, and infact they have given me an apprenticeship ( A sponsor kind of thing). I am not being paid and this is purely for educational services. I am providing help and advise, and all i am getting back is ignorance. If you did not need my advice, you should of stated before. I will take into consideration before posting on another thread that some people have posted. [Not mentioning names]. Please read carefully. anyways this seems to be occurring due to the audio being muted ingame by default, as well as a very annoying glitch in studio (the testing mode crashes after a few minutes)

Some people do have audio glitches. 95% of the people who have audio glitches are people who do not know how to adjust them. When ingame, press the ESC key on your keyboard + Go to Game Setting + Adjust the Game volume. If it doesn't work them go to your taskbar and click the sound volume and adjust. If it doesn't work either then go to your settings and adjust it. I can't walk you through the settings because we can adjust the settings and you might have when Im taking you to the end of the path. |

Thanks, I now know how to fix this glitch
1. Click file at the top left of your screen
2. Click settings
3.Go into game options
4.Tick the box that says "Software Sound" |
