The chat is all messed up for me, flickering and eventully shutting off, I can't hear anyone around me, but they can hear me. This has made me very upset today, and if anyone has a soulution, I'd be glad to hear it.

Well since you're using the word "Hear" I'd assume you're using some voice chat app like Skype. That wouldn't be a problem with Roblox, but since you're saying "The chat is all messed up" I now assume it's a problem with Roblox. It is more than likely just a glitch, Roblox updated the chat and these glitches should be fixed soon.
