T.H.A.C The Helghast Army Corps Education Program ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Level 1: Line up all level 1 THAC. You will then tell them what will be expected of them on behalf of Helghan. You must warn them about how things are going to be. You must tell them the basic laws of Helghan and what will occur if they commit a crime. For all THAC Level 1s, THERE WONT BE NO TRAININGS. If they are caught training, they can be exiled. They will only have lessons on which they are taught the basic tenets of Duty, Loyalty, Obedience, how to be disciplined, and how act. All Level 1's must know how to make a perfect line up rather it be shoulder to shoulder or a single file line. You must teach them the commands which are listed below. You much teach them how to march in a single file line, and how they have to address their higher rankings and superiors. All trainers are to show them how they must act and what they must do to achieve greatness in Helghan. Your role as a trainer/officer is to teach them all you can and make them the best soldaten they can be. You will have to punish them for their crimes, but you will have to reward them for their success. When you teach them, you will test them. You must ask them a few questions on how they should act and see what they know. You will repeat the lessons until it is drilled into their heads. When they learn, it is REQUIRED that you promote them to Level 2 in THAC. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Level 2: Before you begin training, you must take a moment to repeat the rules to them in a swift, short, and prompt manner. You must also inform them how they must act. Level 2's are to learn how to use grammar and how to excel in sword fighting. You will have to teach them both to the best of your abilities. Teaching them grammar and sword fighting is very important for every Helghast during their service. We want our people to be extremely educated in the functions of ROBLOX and how to be a great soldier for Helghan. When they learn that, they MUST be promoted to level 3. ( They should be Level 2 for about one week before they can be promoted. ) ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Level 3: Level 3's are disciplined and obedient. Level 3's needs to know how to use guns and orders given. They must learn tactical actions and strategy to beat down the enemy. Level 3's must know most of the things so far. Teaching them how to march in a "Cube" formation is a very important for this rank. Level 3's have to learn how to successfully complete obbies. Obbies are one of most important tactics that soldats of Helghan need to know. That can be the difference between a raid won and a raid lost due to incompetence. After they learn this, they MUST be promoted to Level 4. ( They should be Level 3 about 1 week. ) ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Level 4: Level 4's must now become masters with fighting, tactics, strategies, grammar, and formations. They are to be taught the history of Helghan at this rank. This rank is the rank where the Helghasts are weeded out the most; this is the level where leadership is searched for. Not only must a Level 4 excel in combat, grammar, tactics, strategies, obbies, history of Helghan, and be Obedient, Dutiful, and Loyal, but they must also show they are future leaders of Helghan. Once you test them on their history and have observed they are good soldats of Helghan, they are to be promoted to Level 5. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Level 5: A Level 5 has proven they are competent and a true Helghast. These are the few and the proud; they are very close to becoming a strong Helghast that is a natural leader and skilled. When they are Level 5, you help them study for their 'graduation test' or 'final exam' until they feel they've mastered it. Level 5's are to come to their trainers and officers whenever they are ready to take the test. The test will be everything they learned from Level 1 to Level 4, and it will be -ALL- of it. This shows is they will remember everything they learned and take it to heart. Trainers and officers are to help study with them by demonstrating all that they've learned thus far as is needed. When they pass their test, a ceremony will be thrown in their honor. The Autarch himself will then pronounce the THAC Level 5 a Unionist, and that Helghast will join the Helghast Union. The ceremony is an honor and it is very special for each Helghast. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ THAC Questions When a THAC asks a question, there is a specific way to do so. It saves time and it is something easily recognized. Some of the simple commands are: PTS - Permission to Speak? Sir? or Sir. - Getting attention Heil! - Salute. It is a greeting/farewell/formal address to officers and fellow Helghasts. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Officer Commands As an officer you must know what commands to give to the THAC and such for parades, drills, and perhaps in combat. STS - Shoulder to Shoulder. SFL - Single file line. PTS - Permission to Speak? Hands down/hands at your sides - Unequip what ever tool you're using. Standards - Pull out your standards. Kneel - Crouch and kneel down. At ease - Put your gun (if you can) on 'patrol'. March! - Begin marching. Fire! - Shoot your weapon. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ FACES Faces are very important for formal parades. It also teaches obedience through drills. Faces are not emojis, but rather turns that you're supposed to make. Behind/opposite face - Turn to face your 'back'. It's facing your opposite direction from where you are at the time. About/front face - Face your officer. Left face - Face the left of the training wheel. Right face - Face right of the training wheel. Right turn - Turn to YOUR right, not your training wheel's right. Left turn - Turn to YOUR left, not your training wheel's left.
