Viscosity and Density, add them both as a type of property, remove Roblox water and allow any material to be transformed into something liquid or in-between. As well as solids that can float in liquids based on their density or, if this part is not considered, based on material. 1 - Solid .75 Gooey material like quicksand ( almost no mobility, possible to stand on but eventually will sink in ) .3 - Oily material ( Slow swimming, decreased velocities ) .1 - Water ( ability to swim and a possible pouring feature in a future update ) 0 - Super-cooled viscosity ( No resistance, almost like air ) Other additional content for future updates: Waves Waves can be triggered by falling objects depending on velocity or by explosions depending on Blast Pressure, this does not have to be added initially if you do consider what I am suggesting. This ties in with the ability to pour. Wave resistance is based upon viscosity and density. ( Wave Resistance can possibly be added as a property). Density Density would allow explosive resistance and extra weight, the explosive resistance would be based off of Blast Pressure. ( This ties in with my Wave idea ) Dynamic Liquids Liquids should be able to be held back by solids if the pouring update is made, I think there should be a pressure property for this or just an addition on the existing property of velocity. I do understand that this is a complex update that will be hard to add without extreme lagging and ultimate failure on all systems, but there are some similar examples already made by some master scripters of the Roblox community, I am personally not one myself, I intend to learn. Thank you for reading this!

Already possible.

!?!?! No its not, do you even use studio?

It's possible by some simple coding, but you might need a good computer to run the game if liquid makes up the majority of the map. I support, though, as long as it would be a part of studio, not build mode. That would literally screw every PBS on ROBLOX up.

Bob, if this is so possible to do, why don't you just do it and prove me wrong then? Make a place and post the link on this thread.

You idiots think that this feature is easy to make? This would require extreme amounts of time and math. None of you have any knowledge about how these work, and you make assumptions? Which master scripter made water? Roblox had got much more useful and important things to make.

As the OP said, if it is possible, post a link on this thread to a place demonstrating it.

@ose No, i dont think this is easy to make. I know the limits of scripting. But if water is possible why not density

I didn't see it being interpreted that way, I thought of this as an opportunity to further progress what CSG is making possible, I also mentioned that the pour-ability update would be hard to create. I didn't see this as an easy project to add onto Roblox physics. I knew it would be hard to accomplish.

@ose, I also said similar, not exact, you yourself have contributed a lot towards something like this being even considered as possible. It was meant to be a compliment towards those who add on to the community, not a blind and greedy complaint about the lack of physics. I understand the difficulties in this project, I am not just blatantly asking for it.

I might need to revise this, its not exactly the message I wanted to put out.

Oh my gosh, why didn't they add density before? As for the water physics... I dunno, that will be very time consuming. Since Roblox is an MMO, it'll probably go through many less-time-consuming updates throughout it's lifetime before it even considers this. Not that it's a bad idea, though.

This is NOT possible until 2030 when we all have better computers to compute these stuff. Right now it's close to impossible to achieve such a thing in real time.

Yall do realise some people on roblox still use Windows 98 and Windows ME right. Yesx thats me alright, but I dont use those for games obviously as it is in no way possible since it is extremely outdated, my parents used it very long time ago and its really laggy and slow since its been that old. But again, this is already possible. When you jump in a water you get the sound of when you jump in a water if that made any sense. So yeah, basically OP is beyond unintelligent.

Scriptable. Although. ROBLOX loves convenience. Everyone loves convenience. Especially if it comes to game design and developing. Support.

mrbobbilly, what Denian is trying to say is that he wants the ability to turn things into liquids. water making a splashing sound =/= molten iron/oil
