You still would be the same size, just stuffed into your stomach... hypothetically.
In reality, however, even if you tried to do that, your stomach would burst out after eating half of your leg, and you would be hauled off to a hospital, and then thrown into a psychiatric ward after you got a prosthetic implanted.
