You DO realize people can delete their cookies(this is partly data of logging into sites)? Some browsers also have a 'mode' that allow you to open a browser as if you never logged onto anything.

This has a lot of loopholes that cannot be covered. Google Chrome's Incognito mode. Clear browsing data (including cookies) Another device. Changing IP (idk but maybe) Making verified account from another email account
