actually don't but what you CAN do,if this happens in roblox player,is paste this line in a notepad session ; [at sign]echo off start %appdata%/../Local/Roblox/Versions/version-3248bf75d66c4154/RobloxPlayerBeta.exe -j [URL for a game] -d [-dmp] pause then save it as a batch file (.bat),then run it. should upload a crash log (why roblox crashes) in your roblox dir.

I followed all the steps in your video, but games still don't open. ;-;
