Everyone would be randomly divided into teams ("nations") of roughly equal size and hopefully around equal talent. Then a list of a variety of ro-sports would be randomized and done in the order randomized.
The best of all the teams would play in the "final circuit", which would be the most popular of the sports as determined by voting.
Here is the list of sports I think would work. It's far from complete:
-Ultimate Frisbee (RUFL style)
-Indoor Soccer
-RMLS style soccer
-IRHL style hockey
-RHL style hockey
-Puck hockey (big puck)
-Basque Pelota (#individualsports)
some other stuff

not true since it's intramural. we'd only need 8 people to show up, and with how popular ro-hockey is on the SF it'd be easily supported.

Lacrosse - yes
Basketball - maybe, but like 5 people on the SF plays ro-basketball and almost nobody here has ref experience in it
Football - maybe
Baseball - no, games would take too long.
